The Project at the University of Arizona Science & Technology Park (UASTP) encompasses approximately 290 acres, is located in Tucson, Arizona, and is adjacent to Interstate 10 between the Rita Road and Kolb Road exits.
A short 15-minute drive from Tucson International Airport, the facilities at the Project are capable of accommodating technology-based companies and multinational corporations.
Jacobs Engineering Group is employed as the Contract Operator for the Project and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the common area, common services, and central utility systems.

Per CFR 192.616, the Contract Operator is required to implement a written public awareness program that will inform the public and Project Occupants regarding the Master Meter Gas Pipeline System installed at the Project, emergency response, purpose and reliability of the system, an overview of the hazards of the pipeline, prevention measures, damage prevention, how to recognize and respond to a leak, and how to get additional information.
